In 1996, the use of the Personal Style Inventory had grown into a major training tool of leadership and management/staff development training. This growth commanded a new focus of attention to expand the knowledge and skill bases of the Personal Style Inventory. This was the advent of a new division within Consulting Associates International, Inc. called the School of Holistic Management. The purpose of this unit is to enhance the knowledge and use of the Personal Style Inventory through the delivery of specialized training and consulting that is directly related to the Personal Style Inventory.
