This seminar is a training experience that explores the character and dynamics of the personality in everyday life. Using the Personal Style Inventory®, each participant explores his/her personality dynamic and emotional propensities in relation to other personality types within the group.


Management By Virtue II© Seminar
This 3-day seminar is a sequel to the basic Management By Virtue I© Seminar. Participants are required to attend the basic Management By Virtue I© Seminar to participate. This class reinforces and builds on the knowledge from the basic course by providing information, tools, and experiential lessons related to the 10 Personality traits with particular focus on the Security Requirements. The Security Requirements are based on how to identify and meet emotional needs in order for individuals to feel secure. Understanding the Security Requirements in oneself and others activates vital skills of leadership aimed at decreasing workforce resistance, increasing retention of valuable employees, and inviting untapped employee potential to come forth.


Bridges to Change I© Seminar
This 4-day seminar is a sequel to the Management By Virtue I© Seminar. Attendance in this basic seminar is required.


Bridges to Change II© Seminar
Bridges to Change II© is a sequel to the Management by Virtue I© Seminar, a prerequisite for this course. It is a 3-day class dedicated to the transformation of challenges of the personality into attributes of leadership. This class focuses on a) understanding the dynamics of human behavior and personality b) changing individual behavior and reshaping the workforce c) becoming more efficient, productive, creative, and revitalized and d) exploring and developing untapped potential within oneself and the workforce as a whole.


Supervisory Skills 101© Seminar
This 1 day course provides the foundation for the understanding and use of the Personal Style Inventory© in the supervision and development of team members. A prerequisite for this course is the Management By Virtue I© Seminar. As a sequel to the basic class, this course shares additional knowledge about the emotions that are intrinsic within the various personality characteristics as well as options that are available to develop these emotional propensities and potentials into developed competencies.
